NIBIRU 'CAN'T BE STOPPED': Global apocalypse 'still coming' despite Planet X no show

The Nibiru or Planet X system was supposed to pass Earth yeseterday, triggering earthquakes and volcanoes after switching the poles because of its vast gravitational force, if an array of apocalyptical prophets are to be believed.

However, the latest predicted Nibiru doomsday event came and went without incident.

Previous doom deadlines in October and September also passed with no sign of the alleged star system entering our solar system.

Surely, this will kill off the myth once and for all and the doom mongers will retreat eating humble pie?

NIBIRU YES: Matt Rogers

Unfortunately not.

Those at the forefront of pedalling the myth continued today.

UK-based conspiracy theorist Matt Rogers posted a video late yesterday that has already been viewed nearly 2,000 times.

In a video on his YouTube channel Sky Watcher Matt Rogers he produced a series of images of sunsets, in which he continued to claim the "Nibiru system's presence in our solar system was evident by a pink haze".

He also said corrupt governments were spraying chemicals from planes to cloud the sky and block out the view of Nibiru to "hide the truth."

He said: "Can you see this strange colour reflecting of this chem cloud.

"It is not natural. We are now picking up objects in the sky, look at this red reflection it is not reflecting from the sun it is reflecting from something else."

US-based David Meade is at the forefront of the myth after writing the book Planet X - The 2017 Arrival, which claimed Nibiru would pass this year, and first be visible from September 23.

It was the date of a rare astrological sign which he said was predicted in the Book of Revelation, because Mr Meade believes Planet X is being sent by God to trigger The Rapture.

None of this has happened, yet he continues to claim it is coming in articles on conspiracy theory website Planetxnews.com.

As we near the end of 2017, he continues to slowly back pedal from his prediction dates, but without saying he got it wrong.

In an article published on the website yesterday, which promoted his new book, The End of Days – Planet X & Beyond, he highlighted a recent radio interview he took part in.

He said: "Keep in mind as you listen to this recent interview that first, revelation knowledge is progressive; and second, research is a process of elimination. My books demystify the Book of Revelation, which is upon us momentarily.

"The whole story began with the Revelation 12:1,2 Sign – a once-in-history time marker.

"It moved forward to October 15th, when Jupiter exited the womb region of Virgo.

"This event has more twists and turns than a Hollywood thriller. Stay tuned shortly. Listen to interview with Jeremy Scott on Parabnormal Radio."

In the radio interview, he appeared to move his arrival date to December.

He said: "It's imminent. So, 2017 is not over yet, a lot can happen by the end of December."

A third doom monger is film producer and Planet X expert Yuval Ovadia, who continues to claim governments across the globe are preparing for the Nibiru apocalypse.

He and other so-called "truthers” believe major governments are aware of its impending arrival.

He told Daily Star Online: “Many world leaders are warning their people from a catastrophe.

END OF NIBIRU? Planet X apocalypse dates repeatedly come and go.

It's imminent. So, 2017 is not over yet, a lot can happen by the end of December.

“Of-course they do not call it its real name – Nibiru, but the hint is there… one must ask himself – what are they warning us from?

“Just last week the Israeli press published that the government is about to put huge billboards all over the coastline of Israel, showing the people on the beaches in which direction they should escape in case of a tsunami…since when do we have tsunamis in Israel?”

Mr Rogers and Mr Meade agree.

Mr Meade added: “All major governments are already prepared – whether they fully inform all leaders is another question – many are on a need-to-know basis.”

Mr Rogers claims they have already prepared secret bunkers to retreat to while the rest of us perish.

Cynics say that doom pedlars make videos that appear on YouTube with end of the world claims to cash in on advertising revenue, while others write books about it to sell.

There are growing calls, now backed by NASA scientists for YouTube to remove advertising revenue from "end of the world" videos, because of the high amount of views they receive, to discourage people from making and broadcasting them.

The Nibiru myth emerged in 1976, when writer Zecharia Sitchin claimed two ancient Middle Eastern cultures, the Babylonians and Sumerians, told of a giant planet dubbed Nibiru which orbited the Sun.

And the Nibiru or Planet X theory claims a mini solar system consisting of a sun, planets and moons is lurking in space on the edge of our system with a huge 3,600 miles orbit of the sun.

They say the planet will cause the poles to switch, sparking great earthquakes and volcanic eruptions, while comets will rain down on Earth.

However, now, so many Nibiru arrival dates, including 2000 and 2012 have come and gone.

NASA has repeatedly said Nibiru does not exist.

Dr David Morrison, a scientist with the space agency, said: "There is no credible evidence whatever for the existence of Nibiru.

“There are no pictures, no tracking, no astronomical observations.

NIBIRU NO: Dr David Morrison

"I can quite specifically say how we know Planet X or Nibiru does not exist and does not threaten Earth.

“Firstly, if there was a planet headed into the inner solar system that was going to come close to the Earth, it would already be inside the orbit of Mars, it would be bright, it would be easily visible to the naked eye - if it was up there it would be easy to see it, all of us could see it."

TV scientist Brian Cox has also repeatedly insisted Planet X does not exist.

He once tweeted: "If anyone else asks me about 'Nibiru' the imaginary bulls**t planet I will slap them around their irrational heads with Newton's Principia."

Express.co.uk has approached Mr Meade, Mr Rogers and Mr Ovadia but none have yet responded.
