How many people can the world really support?
According to Naked Scientist Chris Smith, our planet is already over populated by the billions and humans are using resources at the rate of multiple planets.
The ideal carrying capacity for the planet, I think, is a couple of billion humans at most and we are currently on our way to 8 billion.
