Self-styled Nibiru expert and film producer Yuval Ovadia said most footage revealed so far is fake or inaccurate, but he insisted this clip is genuine evidence of the mythical system.
The Nibiru or Planet X theory is that a mini solar system consisting of a sun, planets and moons is lurking on the edge of our solar system with a huge orbit of the sun.
Nibiru believers are convinced the "rogue system" is making its way from the outer solar system inwards, where it will wreak havoc on Earth as it passes at about four million miles away.
They say the planet will cause the poles to switch, sparking great earthquakes and volcanic eruptions.
Believers now claim it will be on an approach path with the earth between November 20 and December 20, conspiracy theorist doomsayers claim.
With approach dates from September and October already coming and going, most people are reassured it is just a hoax.
However, scores of videos and images have already been posted online amid claims they are the first sign of the mini solar system's approach.
Yet, Mr Ovadia, who claims to have spent years studying the mythical planet, has dismissed most of them as fake or just downright wrong.
Mr Ovadia said: “After checking for many years the videos and photos taken of Nibiru/Planet X I can say that most of the material out there on the net is either fake, illusion, a natural effect or technical effect.
“Although, within the 90 per cent that are irrelevant, there are about 10 per cent of videos/photos that are real, Dailystar.co.uk reports.
“Therefore, lately I can only put my hands on videos/photos taken by myself or other friends, of which I know and count on.”
Mr Ovadia has now revealed what he claims is REAL footage of the planet supposedly visible over the skies of Jerusalem.
In it, a huge bright light is visible which he claims is one of the first “meteors” trailing off from Nibiru and falling towards the Earth.
Mr Ovadia has also previously unearthed several images he claims show the planet visible above us.
He added: “The fact is that my friends and I are seeing Nibiru with our own naked eyes.
“For the past year we took at least 10 videos and photos of it on different occasions. It is there, no doubt, and it is getting closer.”
Many others claim to have revealed photographic evidence of the approach of Nibiru.
These include Matt Rogers, a UK-based conspiracy theorist behind YouTube channel Sky Watcher Matt Rogers.
He revealed footage that shows a red haze with a black object – supposedly Nibiru – in front of it.
Last month, he sensationally claimed world governments have teamed up to “cloaking out” the doom planet as it makes its final descent towards Earth, by using simulators to replicate the sun and chemicals sprayed from the back of planes.
Mr Rogers explained this is because a huge dark object in the sky is being “cloaked”, which has the effect of “darkening our sun”.
The Nibiru myth emerged in 1976, when writer Zecharia Sitchin claimed that two ancient Middle Eastern cultures – the Babylonians and Sumerians – told of a giant planet – Nibiru – which orbited the Sun.
NASA insists that believers like Mr Ovadia and Mr Rogers are completely wrong, and the Nibiru myth is an internet hoax.
NASA scientist Dr David Morrison said: "There is no credible evidence whatever for the existence of Nibiru.
“There are no pictures, no tracking, no astronomical observations.
"I can quite specifically say how we know Planet X or Nibiru does not exist and does not threaten Earth.
“Firstly, if there was a planet headed into the inner solar system that was going to come close to the Earth, it would already be inside the orbit of Mars, it would be bright, it would be easily visible to the naked eye - if it was up there it would be easy to see it, all of us could see it."
Space boffin Dr Brian Cox has also insisted Planet X does not exist.
And associate Professor Jonti Horner, an astronomer at the University of Southern Queensland in Australia, said: "I’ve never heard of anybody who’s an actual astronomer talk about Nibiru before.
"It’s basically an urban myth — it’s like having a biologist coming out and talking about werewolves and the Sasquatch being real. You just wouldn’t hear it.”
